Even in the most professional and competent of organisations things can go wrong and  all firms of Trade Mark Attorneys must have in place internal complaints procedures to handle any complaints from their clients. If this has been used but their remains dissatisfaction then there are two routes open to a client.

If your unresolved complaint is one which relates to the service provided by a Trade Mark Attorney, the Office for Legal Complaints (OLC) is able to assist. Details about the OLC and further information about the procedure to follow can be found at - http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/
