Keven joined the Institute in November 2008 as its first Chief Executive. Keven’s role is to transform the Institute into one which focuses on the representation of the interests of the Institute's members to the UK Government, other national Governments, the European Commission (and its Agencies) and international organisations. Keven has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the Institute and continues to oversee the transfer of the Institute's regulatory functions (as an Approved Regulator of the Trade Mark Attorney profession) to the Intellectual Property Regulation Board.

Margaret Tyler Margaret Tyler,

Margaret has been with the Institute for over 20 years, previously acting as the Company Secretary and Registrar.  Margaret currently works part-time and has specific responsibility for maintaining the Register of Trade Mark Attorneys on behalf of the Intellectual Property Regulation Board and imparting her wealth of knowledge on the rest of the team.

Jane Attreed Jane Attreed,

Jane is the secretary for the Council of the Institute and provides secretarial support for the following committees of the Institute: General Purpose & Finance, Programme and the Joint Executives committee. Jane plays an integral part in organising and administering the Institute's large calendar of events and can be seen behind the registration desk at the Institute's monthly Evening Meetings whilst also being present at the majority of the other social and educational events.

Jane also provides secretariat support for the Litigators Accreditation Board.

Gillian Rogers Gillian Rogers,

Gillian began working for ITMA in March 2000 and is Secretary to five of the Institutes committees: Education & Training, Laws & Practice, Designs, Trade Mark Administrators, ITMA Review.  Gillian sets up and organises various training & educational events specific to the qualification of Trade Mark Administrators.

Gillian administers the Institute's trade mark clinics and is responsible for co-ordinating job vacancies and adverts for the ITMA Review. 

Lauren Boosey Lauren Boosey,

Lauren joined the Institute in 2009 specifically to take on the responsibility for managing, maintaining and updating the ITMA website to ensure that it provides useful information for both the membership and the general public.

Lauren is also responsible for co-ordinating job vacancies and adverts for the ITMA website.

She provides secretarial support for the PR & Communications committee and works closely with the PR Manager on the development of the membership benefits package

Lauren is also responsible for the processing of membership applications, membership renewals and maintaining the membership database.

Joy Dublin Joy Dublin,

Joy joined the Institute in December 2007 and is responsible for managing the Institute accounts on a day to day basis. She is a qualified Accounting Technician and has worked with various not-for-profit organisations for the past 10 years.

Joy’s role also includes responsibility for expanding the current accounting function in line with the Institute’s strategic plan.

Geraldine Flood Geraldine Flood,

Geraldine’s role is to support Joy Dublin in managing the Institute’s finances. She is mainly involved with invoicing and the processing and banking of incoming cheques and reconciliation of the sales ledger on a monthly basis.  Geraldine also assists with the registration and membership subscriptions and the invoices rendered.  Geraldine has been with the Institute since 2004.

Ken joined the Institute in 1997. His primary role is to promote awareness of trade marks, particularly in the business community and promote the use of professional trade mark attorneys. He works with the media to ensure the voice of ITMA is heard and with partner organisations to promote trade marks and designs. He is also involved in promoting the UK profession overseas. Ken assists in liaising with other organisations to provide promotional opportunities for the Institute and the profession and takes the lead in drafting material used by the Institute.
