Seating will be on round tables of 10/12 people although, to a very limited extent, it may be possible to accommodate slightly larger parties.
Please note that:
• Applications are only accepted once the ITMA Office is in receipt of the application form and payment - an application without payment will not reserve a place and will be stored in a pending box.
• Applications (with payment) are treated on a first come first served basis.
• We are unable to arrange for parties to sit together after 2nd December, 2009.
• We are unable to change names on lists after 2nd December, 2009.
• Cancellation and requests for refunds (which will be subject to a 20% administration charge) must be made in writing by 25th November – refunds will not be available after that date.
The closing date for the event is 2nd December 2009.

Non-members £86.25 each (£75.00 plus £11.25 V.A.T)
Inclusive of service and a complimentary glass of wine, but excluding cocktails and table wines.
