Location

With a population of over 1 million, Birmingham is England’s second-largest city and one of the UK’s main commercial centres. 120 miles north of London it is conveniently accessible by road from the UK’s motorway networks, easily accessible by train into New Street Station, and by air via direct flights into Birmingham International Airport. This makes it an ideal location for our Autumn Seminar as access is easy from all parts of the UK, and from abroad.

Registration Fees

Seminar fees are inclusive of a splendid three-course lunch, as well as a closing drinks reception with fine wines and canapés.

ITMA Member £180.00 + £31.50 VAT = £211.50
Non-Member £200.00 + £35.00 VAT = £235.00

Accommodation

The Hyatt Regency Birmingham is a modern, luxury hotel in the centre of Birmingham. The Institute has a small allocation of bedrooms for the nights of 6 and 7 October for those who wish to extend their stay in Birmingham. The hotel has offered a B&B rate of £164.00 plus VAT for a double room with single occupancy per night, and £179.00 plus VAT for a double room with double occupancy per night.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all delegates take out appropriate comprehensive personal travel insurance.  Please note that not all insurance companies will cover the refund of conference fees. In no circumstances will ITMA accept responsibility or be liable for any loss whatsoever.

Booking information

The closing date for registration is 23 September, 2010 and bookings remain pending until payment is received.  A refund of 80% of the paid fee is available until 23 September 2010, no refunds can be made after this date. Full details of our cancellation policy are available on our website here.
