ITMA London Christmas Lunch

a traditional Christmas dinner and our annual student awards ceremony.

Please note:

  • Arrival and pre-lunch drinks from 12.00
  • Lunch from 13.00
  • The ticket price is exclusive of cocktails, beers and table wines - a wine menu will be sent to the main contact once the booking is confirmed.
  • There is no minimum or maximum party size. 
  • Table sizes range from 8 – 12 places, with a limited number of 13 and 14's.
  • Where guests are still to be confirmed, we ask that a non-member rate be paid at this point.  Any refunds will be made once names are confirmed.
  • The closing date for registration is 2 December, 2011 and bookings remain pending until payment is received.
  • Applications are treated on a first come first served basis.
  • We are unable to arrange for parties to sit together after 2 December, 2011.
  • We are unable to change names on lists after 2 December, 2011.

Members
 £75.00 plus £15.00 VAT =  £90.00

Non-Members
£85.00 plus £17.00 VAT = £102.00

Please return your completed application form available above, together with the appropriate remittance to the Institute office no later than 2 December, 2011.

Alternatively, online booking is available to groups of Members only, via the below.
