Events and Seminars

TEAM: Six members only, pre-registered via the application form available below.

TICKETS: Last year’s price has been held at £120 (including VAT) per team.

START TIME: Arrival is from 5:30pm to ensure a prompt start at 6pm. The Quiz is expected to run until 9:30pm (approx).

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Registration fees cover supper.  Drinks are on a cash basis.

PRIZE:  The winning team will receive a star prize of a half-case of something to celebrate with, in addition to the prestigious ITMA shield to grace their workplace for the whole of 2012.

RAFFLE: Tickets 50p each or a strip of 5 for £2.00. 

It would be appreciated if each team would provide a prize for the raffle on the night.  These will be put together to reduce the number of tickets drawn to speed up the proceedings and allow participants to catch their trains.  There have been comments about the amount of bottles in the raffle and perhaps you could bear that in mind when choosing a prize.

PLEASE NOTE:

• 50% of the profit from the evening will go directly to the charity chosen by the winning team.  The remainder 50% will go towards the ITMA Benevolent Fund. 
• An application remains pending until payment is received and spaces are taken on a first come first served basis.
• A team which does not turn up on the night, or cancels after it has registered, is still liable to pay the full entrance fee.
• The use of any of reference book or electronic device is considered to be unsporting and will not be permitted. 
• Only 1 team per firm will be accepted initially but if you have a second team you would like to put on a waiting list please notify this office.
