ITMA Autumn Conference

24–25 September, 2009 · Lisbon, Portugal

The Autumn conference is on the horizon despite the fact that we are still all hoping to enjoy a good summer, to the full, before the chills of Autumn arrive.

We know that there are currently financial constraints and concerns within the profession and therefore, to help financially, our late registration fee has been rescinded and the early fee remains in place.  We hope that members can see their way to attending this conference which will be one of our finest yet, both in content and in location.

The programme (attached below) promises to satisfy the interests of us all and if you need a further reason for attending ITMA in Lisbon, it may be pointed out that PTMG will be holding their own Autumn conference within the same city the following week. Thus, both conferences could be attended without incurring any additional flight costs while allowing members the opportunity of taking a couple of days leave to have a long weekend in between conferences to explore this wonderful city.

I am hoping to see as many members of all categories there as possible and to mutually enjoy stimulating presentations and convivial social occasions in balmy Autumn weather.

Gillian Deas, The President
