An opportunity has arisen within the busy IP department based in Hammersmith, London for a trade marks administrator/records assistant. Reporting to the IP Manager, this role involves the updating of the IP records database, undertaking various due diligence and audit exercises, the compilation of evidence for IP disputes, organisation of filing systems and the processing of the team’s invoices.

Our ideal candidate will have some experience of updating trade mark databases, and have strong IT skills.  Exceptional organisational skills with particular attention to detail and follow up will also be essential.  In addition, excellent written and spoken communication skills will also be required for liaising with other members of the IP team and internal and external counsel.
