Trade Mark Advice Clinics Prove a Hit

In the first of what are to be regular monthly clinics nine people signed up for the half hour sessions with senior ITMA members; all of whom are members of the ITMA Council.

Former President Brian March who ran one of the sessions said:

“This is a great opportunity for members of the public to find out how they can look after their trade marks without having to fork out an initial consultation fee. There is great deal of confusion amongst the business community as to what can or cannot be protected and how to go about making the most of the valuable assets, which are trade marks.”

Tim Allardyce of the Sports Injury Clinic, Addington Palace, Croydon, who signed up for the clinic said. “I attended the trade mark clinic on 3rd March. I found the clinic incredibly informative, helpful and friendly.”

ITMA will continue to run these free advice clinics on the first Thursday of each month. The clinics are held at Harmsworth House, 13-15 Bouverie Street, London EC4 between 5.00 pm and 6.30 pm.
