LSB launches consultation on Regulatory Independence and the Levy

The Legal Services Board (LSB) has recently published two consultations on Regulatory Independence and the Levy that will be imposed for funding the services of the LSB and the Office for Legal Complaints. The consultations can be viewed by accessing the following link http://www.legalservicesboard.org.uk/what_we_do/consultations/index.htm
The Institute will be considering these two consultations and formulating a response and would welcome and thoughts that you may have. Please reply to keven@itma.org.uk by the 31 May 2009.
