IPREG release two new consultations

The Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) has published two consultations. One consultation on Character Assessment and another on Disciplinary Rules. The consultations can be viewed below, or alternatively you can find them on the IPReg website

The newly formed IPReg committee (a committee set up to consider consultations from IPReg and the Legal Services Board) will be formulating a response to these consultations and would welcome any thoughts that ITMA members and Registrants may have. Please send your comments to the chair of the IPReg committee, Kate O’Rourke , by 17 July 2009 or alternatively, you can respond to IPReg individually, details on the IPReg website.
