LSB Consults on Enforcement & Compliance

The Legal Services Board (LSB) has published a consultation on enforcement and compliance. The consultation can be viewed via the below attachments, or alternatively via the LSB website ( www.legalservicesboard.org.uk ).

The IPReg committee (a committee set up to consider consultations from IPReg and the Legal Services Board) will be formulating a response to this consultation and would welcome any thoughts that ITMA members and Registrants may have. Please send your comments to the chair of the IPReg committee, Kate O’Rourke or to the ITMA Office.
