LSB Consults on Enforcement & Compliance

The Legal Services Board (LSB) has published a consultation on enforcement and compliance. The consultation can be viewed via the below attachments, or alternatively via the LSB website ( www.legalservicesboard.org.uk ).

The IPReg committee (a committee set up to consider consultations from IPReg and the Legal Services Board) will be formulating a response to this consultation and would welcome any thoughts that ITMA members and Registrants may have.
