Notice for those wishing to qualify as a Trade Mark Attorney

The way Trade Mark Attorneys achieve qualification is changing. ITMA's Education & Training Committee are in the process of conducting a reform of the education system and more information can be found in the News section of the ITMA website at http://www.itma.org.uk/news/2009-07/itma-education-and-training-refo. If you do not have any ITMA examinations or exemptions at present, you will need to train under the new system. Those who are training under the existing system have the opportunity to transition to the new system. Please regularly visit the ITMA website for further information.
