OHIM decision concerning extension of time limits

This is an important notice for those trade mark attorneys and other practitioners who may have missed deadlines before the OHIM which fell due between 15 - 23 April due to not receiving timely instructions because of disruption caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland.
