Global Trademark Benchmarking Survey

Conducted jointly by World Trademark Review and the IP Solutions business of Thomson Reuters, the Global Trademark Benchmarking Survey 2011 will survey both in-house trademark professionals and external counsel to provide a benchmark for global trademark activities. The survey will reveal exactly where trademarks are positioned in the corporate structure and how private practice is evolving to meet client needs.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday 15 March 2011. Any information will be used only to build up a general picture of the state of the market. Responses may be used anonymously in editorial but will not be attributed to an individual and will not be used for any commercial purpose.

To thank those participating in the survey, a donation will be made in the name of the respondent to one of two charities (The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or WaterAid) and each respondent will receive an executive briefing of the findings once they are collated. (Responses can only be accepted from, and charitable donations made in the name of individuals providing a workplace email address. Submissions sent from web-based email addresses, such as Hotmail or Gmail, will not be considered).
