OHIM Announcement
New online filing service for Opposition purposes

OHIM have announced that on 1st March 2011 they introduced a new online filing service for Opposition purposes. The new e-filing solution has been designed based on feedback received from users of OHIM services, including ITMA. The new service offers:
- a fresh design layout which is harmonized with other OHIM online filings forms, particularly those of CTM and RCD e-filing;
- some new features and automatic action buttons that ensure that data is smoothly inserted and imported from OHIM databases;
- automatic error checks to facilitate admissibility;
- faster submission of the Opposition notice and automatic generation of receipts.
