This is a specialist trade marks practice. Carin Burchell has a degree in law from Queen Mary & Westfield College of London University and is a member of ITMA by examination. She has considerable experience of all types of trade mark work - having worked both in the UK and in Hong Kong. She has worked in firms of Patent and Trade Mark Agents, Solicitors and as a Director of the trade mark legal arm of the brand naming specialists, Interbrand. In 1994, Carin began the trade mark practice at Walker Morris, a substantial commercial firm of solicitors. Now, based upon her systems, Walker Morris have grown rapidly to be among the largest trade mark filing practices tied to a UK law firm. Carin decided to set up her own trade mark practice in York, which is developing with considerable success.
