A medium-sized firm of more than twenty patent and trade mark attorneys, with offices in central London and Reading, fJ Cleveland handles all aspects of intellectual property, with specialist departments for patents in all fields of technology, trade marks and designs. All the firm's patent partners are Chartered and European Patent Attorneys. The trade mark partners are all Registered Trade Mark Attorneys and are entered on the list of professional representatives of the Trade Marks and Designs Office of the European Union (OHIM) in Alicante.
fJ Cleveland was founded in 1927 and has an international reputation. The firm is active in CIPA, ITMA, FICPI and INTA* and a number of the firm's attorneys are recognised authorities in their fields, including the Immediate Past President of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and the co-authors of the chapters on opposition practice of the Community Trade Marks Handbook (CIPA/ITMA).
