Company Profile
Kilburn & Strode is a long-established and leading London partnership of European Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. The firm has grown from the efforts of B.E. Dunbar Kilburn who started in practice on his own account in 1906 in the Holborn area of London, then as now at the centre of the UK intellectual property profession. He was joined in partnership several years later by Maurice Strode, giving the firm its name. We are now a full-service IP firm, with a staff of nearly 100 people handling the full range of patent, trade mark, design, copyright and domain name work.
