Our Services

Pinsent Masons has a dedicated Trade Marks Unit consisting of fully qualified Trade Mark Attorneys who represent clients before the UK and Community Trade Marks Offices. We can also assume responsibility and prosecute International Trade Mark applications filed through the Madrid Protocol which have encountered objections at the UK and Community Trade Marks Office. We also file UK and Community Design applications on behalf of a wide range of clients and provide advice in relation to the enforcement of trade mark, copyright, design and patent rights. The Trade Mark Unit is complemented by IT, IP and Media lawyers within the Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial Department. In essence, we can do everything a traditional trade mark attorney practice can do but much more, given that our trade mark team forms part of a well resourced full service law firm. Our specialist trade mark services include:
