Free Advice Clinics

Whether you are just starting in business or already in the marketplace, you may not be aware of the importance of trade marks to your business success. 

Members of ITMA have set up a regular clinic where you can get free advice from fully qualified professionals, who will offer advice on protecting your trade marks and avoiding infringement.

The clinics are held every Thursday (except January when it is the second Thursday) of alternate months at the IPO, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3HF between 5.00pm and 6.30pm.  Each appointment will last for 30 minutes and offer you the chance to learn more about the world of trade marks as well as discussing your individual trade mark needs. 

• Please note that appointments are offered strictly on the basis that only one clinic can be attended for the same topic.  The matter under consideration must be new (i.e. professional advice must not have been previously sought from a member of ITMA), and it is NOT possible for paperwork to be viewed prior to the clinic.
