Trade Mark & Patent Attorneys welcome appointment of first ombudsman for legal complaints

Trade mark and patent mark attorneys have welcomed today’s announcement by the Office for Legal Complaints that Adam Sampson is to be appointed as the first Chief Ombudsman for legal
complaints. Mr Sampson is currently Chief Executive of the housing and homelessness charity, Shelter, and will take up the new role on 1 July 2009. He was previously Assistant Prisons
Ombudsman.
